This is an easy and tasty spread, the crostini gives it a nice crispy texture. A very elegant appetizer.
Ingredients·
- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained
- 16 ounces lobster meat
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 6 Cherry tomatoes
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2. Combine artichoke hearts, lobster meat, mayonnaise, tomato, onions, and cheese In a medium size mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly.
3. Spread the mixture on the crostini. Arrange on a baking sheet.
4. Bake for 12 minutes, or until golden brown.
Serve hot.
