Steak and Egg Roll-up


Steak and eggs get an Italian-inspired upgrade in this savory breakfast wrap. Tender steak and fluffy eggs are sauced with a mix of pesto and marinara before being topped with gooey mozzarella cheese. This sandwich is sure to be a welcome start to anyone’s day
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 large soft tortilla 
  • 3 large eggs 3 oz strip steak, cooked and diced 
  • 3 oz shredded mozzarella 
  • 1 tablespoon pesto 
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt 
  •  ¼ cup marinara sauce

DIRECTIONS
  1. Scramble eggs with steak, mozzarella, and pesto. Season with salt.
  2. Fill soft tortilla and wrap to close. Serve with a side of marinara
