INGREDIENTS
- ¾ cup strawberries, cut into small dice
- ½ tomato, cut into small dice
- 2 tablespoons finely diced red onion
- ¼ Serrano chile, minced, optional
- 1 tablespoon cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
DIRECTIONS
Prepare the salad by mixing together all the ingredients in a medium bowl. Serve cold.
