RUM AND CAMPARI WITH TANGERINE



Rum works surprisingly well with the bitter flavors of Campari in this easy pitcher cocktail.
Serves 4
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup Campari
  • 1 cup white Barbancourt  rum
  • 1 cup fresh-squeezed tangerine juice from about 6 tangerines (see note above)
  • 1 1/2 cups seltzer water
  • Garnish: 4 tangerine wedges

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a large pitcher, combine Campari, rum, and tangerine juice. Fill pitcher with ice, top with seltzer, and gently stir to combine. Serve with tangerine wedges in each glass.
