Blend up this take on strawberry lemonade to remember sunnier days. Strawberry soy yogurt amplifies the flavor of the frozen strawberries while ample lemon juice gives a proper pucker to this drink.
Makes 2 servings
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups (8 ounces) frozen sliced strawberries
- 1/4 cup (2 ounces) fresh lemon juice, from 1 to 2 lemons
- 1/2 cup (4 3/4 ounces) strawberry yogurt or plain yogurt (see note above)
- 1 pitted medjool date (if using plain yogurt, use 4 pitted dates)
- 1 cup (8 ounces) water
DIRECTIONS
- Place all ingredients in blender and blend until completely smooth. Divide between two glasses and serve cold.
