Haitian Shrimp Tacos have become our new favorite around here. Bursting with Caribbean flavors, these are quick and easy to make – under 30 minutes – and surprisingly healthy! Grilled tortillas hold the most flavorful shrimp seasoned with Caribbean Spices, then it’s all topped with a delicious cooling tropical Cabbage Mango Slaw . Together this summery duo- of grilled flavorful shrimp, cool crunchy slaw makes for the perfect combination of flavor and texture – and takes me far away to hammocks and palm trees and sandy white beaches.
